It was back in August ASUS officially took the wraps off the latest iteration of their ZenWatch smartwatch series. Sporting a fashionable, circular design, the company announced plans to launch the all new ASUS ZenWatch 3 this fall, but failed to provide more specific timing. Earlier this month, we finally got a more solid November release date, along with a staggering $230 price tag in the US.
With November now almost upon us, the ASUS ZenWatch 3 is now officially up for pre-order from B&H, and although there’s a listing on ASUS’ website, you can only sign up for notifications. B&H says the ZenWatch 3 will be available mid-November, with ASUS reportedly gunning for a November 11th release date.
The ASUS ZenWatch 3 packs a Qualcomm Snapdragon 2100 processor into its tiny body and comes equipped with a 1.39-inch, 400×400 AMOLED display, covered in 2.5D Gorilla Glass 3. There’s also an interesting quick charge feature that takes the watch to 60% in just under 15 minutes, with the 340mAh battery providing a full 1-2 day charge. With IP67 water resistant, you wont have to worry about getting it wet, and you can expect the ZenWatch 3 to come in three colors: Gunmetal Gray, Silver, and Rose Gold.
Anyone thinking about picking one up?
