With the official launch of Google’s new Pixel phones just two weeks out, there’s a lot of new information to sort through. The new madeby.google site, which went up late last night, doesn’t have any real details about either of the Pixel phones. That being said, it has an extensive library of images which rotate through the outline of the Pixel phone.
It’s fair to assume that the images show were captured with the Pixel or Pixel XL, but there’s no hard evidence to back that up since the photos have all been resized and the EXIF data is missing.
That being said, a second photo directory has been discovered on the site, containing two 12-megapixel photos. The quality of the two photos isn’t stellar, but that’s to be expected since they were captured at night in a very low-lit parking lot. What’s even more interesting about the shots is that they both feature a phone which could easily be one of the upcoming Pixel devices. The first is shown in the reflection of a balloon and the second is shown on the ground, between two light ropes.
Take a look at the full gallery below and let us know your thoughts. If these images were all captured with the Pixel phones, do you think it can compete with the camera quality of the HTC 10 and Samsung Galaxy S7?
