We are so close to the final release of Android Nougat, we can taste it

After much anticipation, it seems that the time is just about here. Google has pushed the landing page live for Android 7.0 Nougat, which means we are probably a few hours away from being able to download the factory images for our devices.

Android – Nougat

There’s no mention of Google Allo on the page, although there is what seems to be a screenshot of the upcoming app when scrolling through.

If you want to keep an eye on when the factory images will be released, be sure to check out the page here. In the mean time, Nexus owners can rejoice now that we are so close to the final release. It’s also worth noting that this landing page confirms that the LG V20 will be the first device to launch with Android Nougat, which is a bit surprising this wasn’t reserved for the rumored 2016 Nexus devices.
