Pokémon GO is an insanely popular game. Some people are getting annoyed by all the Pokémon GO news, but nothing like this has ever happened before. The fact that you have to play it in public only bring more attention to an already massive game. But just how massive is the Pokémania? We’re finally getting some numbers.
SurveryMonkey is reporting that Pokémon GO is now the most popular mobile game in the history of the U.S. It has surpassed Draw Something and Candy Crush Saga in daily active users. Pokémon GO is at 21 million active users in the U.S., just above the 20 million playing Candy Crush. That’s a lot of people.
Even though there are nearly the same amount of people playing Candy Crush and Pokémon GO, it seems like everyone on the planet is playing the former. The public aspect might be the best marketing for the game. You see people playing a game and you wonder what it’s all about. The Pokémania will only get bigger throughout the world. Pokémon GO is finally available in the UK. When will the Pokéball stop rolling?
