Verizon prepares to launch the Moto Z Force Droid Edition on July 14th in New York

At Lenovo Tech World, the Motorola Moto Z Force was just one of the devices introduced with the all new modular design. We weren’t really given much information regarding the exact release date for the devices, or pricing but it seems that’s about to change. Verizon and Motorola have started sending out press invites for an even in New York on July 14th.

Moto Z Force Specs:

  • Processor: Snapdragon 820 (2.2 GHz quad-core)
  • Storage: 32GB/64GB expandable to 200GB
  • RAM: 4GB
  • Battery: 3500 mAh
  • Connectivity: USB type-C
  • Screen: 5.5-inch, 2560 x 1440p
  • Dimensions: 6.14 x 2.98 x 0.28 in.
  • Weight: 5.75 oz
  • Operating System: Android 6.0 Marshmallow
  • Camera (front) 5 MP
  • Camera (rear): 21 MP

Since Verizon has carrier-exclusivity on these Motorola devices, anyone else looking to get the Moto Z Force will have to wait until its available unlocked later this year. With Verizon being the only carrier providing this device, will you look elsewhere for your next device?
