It seems that T-Mobile has a little bit extra stock that they need to get rid of. Currently, Magenta is working with Samsung to run a promotion that will save you $150 off of the following devices:

After you buy your phone from either the web or an authorized dealer, you must fill out a rebate form that includes your info, the date that you bought your phone, the IMEI and Wi-Fi MAC address of your phone, and an image of your receipt. Once submitted, it will take between 4 to 6 weeks for your rebate to arrive in the mail.
The promotion runs from now until June 14th (or while supplies last), and the last day for you to submit your receipt and information for the new device is July 14th. That’s plenty of time to go grab some devices that are still at the top of the game, even if they are a year old.
