Along with a few new devices (and possibly more to come), Huawei has announced new color variants of some of their most popular recent products. The gold Nexus 6P is now official along with new Elegant and Jewel versions of the Huawei Watch.
The gold Nexus 6P is not exactly new, but it has not been widely available for consumers outside of Japan. As of today that changes with immediate availability at Best Buy, BestBuy.com, and through Google. The flashy Nexus 6P variant will be available in both 32GB and 64GB models, and will retail at the same price as currently available models ($499 and up).
As for the Huawei Watch, the new Elegant and Jewel finish go for glamour with rose gold and Swarovski-encrusted finishes, respectively. Yes, as the name implies, the Jewel version indeed features 68 Zirconia jewels bedazzling its bezel. The rose gold Elegant model features a textured pattern. Still, they are built on the same stainless steel design as currently available versions of the Watch with Sapphire glass for durability. The finishes are accentuated by exclusive new watch face designs. Both models will be available in the US in the first quarter of 2016.
