LG schedules October 1st event, LG V10 with secondary display likely to be unveiled

Remember when we caught glimpse of that LG V10 with a second “auxiliary” display? Yeah, there’s a good chance that LG will officially unveil the phone on October 1st. The smartphone maker has been sending out invites for an October 1st event, and although they didn’t mention what will be revealed, we’re willing to bet it’s the Samsung Continuum LG V10.

Okay, to be fair we don’t know what LG is planning for that secondary display, so it’s too early to say whether or not it will be yet another gimmicky smartphone feature. What’s interesting about the invite is the sort of movie theme they got going on here, so we’re kind of expecting some sort of new video features. We’ll know more on October 1st!
