HTC One coming to AT&T on April 19th for $199, pre-orders begin April 4th

AT&T has officially announced the availability of the HTC One on their network. The phone will launch on April 19th with pre-orders for the handset beginning April 4th. The carrier will offer the latest HTC flagship with two storage capacity options, 32GB and an exclusive 64GB model. The former will get standard $199 pricing on a new two-year contract, while the latter will retail for $299 on contract.

The HTC One was initially scheduled to launch in March, but component shortages forced a delay in the device’s release. Aside from AT&T, T-Mobile and Sprint also have plans to carry the phone.

Beginning April 19, AT&T* plans to offer the highly-anticipated HTC One® smartphone to customers for $199.99 with a two-year commitment, for the 32 GB memory variant. AT&T is the only U.S. wireless carrier at launch to also offer a version with 64 GB of memory for $299.99 with a two-year commitment.

Customers eager to reserve their HTC One will be able to pre-order at http://www.att.com/htcone on April 4 starting at 1:00 p.m. CT. Only AT&T offers a free** HTC Media Link HD wireless HDMI adaptor*** (a $90 value), which lets you wirelessly share content from your phone to your HD television.

  5. Preordering is for chumps. Wait a few months to make sure this device is not flawed before getting one. By then, the price will have dropped.
