RadioShack will also offer Google Play gift cards, will come in 3 denominations

We’ve received an anonymous tip from a RadioShack employee that the retail outlet will also offer the Google Play gift cards, after the earlier news that some Target stores might already have them in stock. Additionally, so far most reports claimed that the cards will come in a $10 or $25 flavor, but based on the image of the RadioShack inventory, it looks like there would also be a $50 version.

  3. Yes we will

  4. I am so excited for this! I’ve been waiting for this ever since my first Android phone nearly 2 years ago.

    1. Ditto. I remember staring at the Android Market on my Hero and thinking what a no-brainer for sales it would be to have gift cards. With gift cards fully deployed in the media-rich Play Store, the Nexus 7, and potentially a SLEW of nexus phones from different OEMs released later this year, it’s going to be a huge holiday season for Android!

  5. What’s with the original G1 on the inventory list. Odd.

    1. I was curious about this too.

    2. that definitely made me doubt it’s validity, but several other things seemed to justify it wasn’t tampered with. My guess is some kind of search was performed for “google” in the inventory software, which might still mention the products that they once sold.

  6. America… FACK YEAH!
