So Android is trying to go the same way all DRM goes… which is straight down Bullshit Avenue! If I pay and download an app, I should be able to use it on all my Android devices. Not like that many people own SO many different devices. Also, what happens when I switch devices because it either breaks, is sold, upgrading, etc…that means I cant use it anymore? From the description this DRM BS sounds like a horrible idea.
You can always redownload it from the play store onto the new device you just can not transfer apps from one device and install them on another. So yeah your reply is sort of redundant to be honest. Just need to log in and redownload the apps from the play store onto the new device.
if that drm gets re enabled I will be looking for a new phone that is not android
