Alright, guys. You may have noticed news has been a little skimpy ’round these parts the past 2 days but that’s because more than half our team is currently en route to Barcelona Spain to give you guys the inside scoop on Mobile World Congress 2012. We already have a pretty good idea of what to expect from our Android friends at HTC, LG, Samsung and the like, but we’re still expecting a few surprises as well.
Sony, HTC and others kick off Sunday with press conferences, and Samsung’s brewing up some kind of announcement for late Sunday/early Monday, so expect those. Of course, as I mentioned we’ll be live from the event with Kevin “The Beard” Krause, Quentyn “Yoga Pants” Kennemer, and Rob “OG” Jackson all reporting live from the event.
We’ll have our new weekend guys keeping you guys up to date and as for me, I’ll be holding my Android pillow tight, with a box of tissues (for my tears) wishing I was there to join in on all the festivities. Let us know what you’re most excited for and we’ll do our very best to cover it thoroughly.

I’m excited (read: hopeful) for an announcement of an OTA to 4.04 for the Verizon Galaxy Nexus!!
what? The leak for that has been out. No noticeable changes. You’re better off on a custom ROM.
Hmmm… So a leak is an announcement now? Perhaps the user has reasons for wanting an official ROM, announced officially? Perhaps the user had a particular feature, no matter how minor it may be to you, that they are waiting for. The ROM obviously has some changes, one of them might be important to this user.
But why would you think about that. obviously you think you already know everything….
I tried 4.04. It brought nothing at all. I’m guessing possibly a bug fix, or two over 4.02. I immediately went back to AOKP, which is a 4.03 build. My point is, you can have what you want. It’s all out there.

Haha I was wondering the same thing. This site is nor what it used to be. They’re too lazy to.do a podcast. They just stopped them one day, no explanation. I think Rob was drunk in the last one lol
Too “lazy?” Pretty sure they’re doing a lot; obviously it’s working. Are YOU going to MWC, or do you just troll around on the internet all day with your weird rainbow Android icon?
