Best Buy now stocking the Acer Iconia Tab A200 for $349

Right on schedule, Best Buy has the new Acer Iconia Tab A200 on sale for $349. The price scores you the 16GB version of the Android Honeycomb tablet with 1GHz dual-core Tegra 2 CPU and 1GB of DDR2 RAM. The 10.1-inc slate is expected to receive an upgrade to Ice Cream Sandwich sometime in February. For the price, the Iconia Tab A200 should at least be a consideration for anyone looking for a combination of power and affordability in an Android tablet. If that sounds like you, head over to Best Buy’s site and see if this one tickles your fancy.

  1. How is this different from the last 10 inch? It has the same specs?

    1. It’s lighter, has Honeycomb 3.2 (vs. 3.1), and that’s about it. Oh, it lacks a rear camera. (Good call for my personal taste… FFC is the only one I’d care about on a tablet)

It’s not something I’d upgrade to, from a 500, but between the two, I’d buy the A200.

  2. Walmart has had it for $348 for over a month now.

  7. I’m pretty sure the a500 got an update to 3.2 as well. And they have them over at Woot today for $300!
