The white Galaxy Nexus was announced for release in just a few weeks, but other than a few renders we weren’t treated to a good look at the all-vanilla vanilla Android 4.0 phone. HDBlog.it got their hands on one and snapped off a few photos for our viewing pleasure. Looking pretty nice with the white back, we must say. For now the phone is only slated for the UK, but we’re sure other locations will see it soon enough.

Why no white bezel?
Seriously! They should’ve made it look like the White Galaxy Note, or GS2.

It could only look cool imo if it was completely white, and Android 4.0 had a white holo theme, where the status bar and other black stuff are white
i agree. i’ve never understood making the back white and the front black.

Unless it’s some half finished sample showing off the colour, it’s pretty rubbish to have the back white and front bezel black. Looks fugly.
I don’t think this is half finished sample, look at white Nexus S, looks the same it is half white.

Apple may not have invented the color white or even white phones but when you see a white phone you think of iphone… I’d rather it be ugly brown than look like an iphone. If I wanted my phone to look like an iphone, I’d buy their overpriced over hyped junk.
I think it looks awesome. I’d sell mine and buy this one if it came to verizon. Also I think the white bezel on the front would ruin it. All black front is perfect. And I don’t think of apple when I think white phone. I always thought it was long overdue, apple was just the first

Why isnt anyone realizing this is a dummy unit? the screen is dull, and the holes for the camera and flash are black.
Look closely, and the back already looks dirty. No thanks… give me black.

The blueish ICS suits the white Galaxy Nexus well imo. Ill be buying this GSM
