Sony Ericsson LT26i (Nozomi) Leaked Again Ahead of CES Unveiling – Now With Benchmarks [Update]

23

Just because Sony Ericsson will soon be dropping their surname doesn’t mean they don’t have a few more devices to launch before going out with a bang. The Sony Ericsson LT26i has possibly been their worst kept secret, making its rounds all over the internet in leaked images and press shots. Today, we have a few more leaked pics to add to that list — this time showing the device side-by-side with the Xperia Arc S and even Quadrant results for all you benchmarking junkies out there.

You better believe (Sony willing) we’ll be bringing you some intimate hands-on time with this sexy device come Monday as soon as the CES showroom floor opens. For even more images, hit up the ITPortal source link below. Anyone else hyped on this device?

Update: Sony Ericsson has just uploaded the latest teaser image to their Facebook page revealing a device to be unveiled at CES. Hard to tell but it doesn’t exactly look like the Nozomi (leaked above). Could Sony Ericsson have more than one superphone to show off next week? Most likely. Multiple carriers? Who knows. Guess we’ll be finding out soon enough…

  1. Wow. That looks as thick as a HTC phone. And that isn’t good.

  2. I like big things….  jkjk. But I don’t like how thin the phones are getting. Feels like its gonna slide out of my pocket or hand and break.

        1.  That’s what she said.

  3. not everyone needs/want/care if a phone is the “thinnest device on the market”
I don’t. What I do care about however is that it appears to have a non removable battery and I do not see a micro-sd slot. Phone instantly has fallen off my watch list. What a shame too. The phone looks beautiful.

With a non removable battery and no micro sd slot, I don’t even know what the point is for having the removable backplate for just the micro-sim…..

  5. Why do they still benchmark in comparison to the nexus and other older devices?

    1. Beacuase the app hasnt been updated in 7 months, and is pretty much useless for benchmarking these newer phones..

  6. Hm, I usually get about that score with an oc Xperia Play at 1.5 Ghz and that’s a single core device as everyone knows. Shouldn’t you be able to get a higher score with two cores? I’m just thinking it’s a bit strange.

  7. Sony, Where are you Android phone with Xenon flash, all there Very high megapixel cameras are pointless at night unless u have a Xenon flash NOT a Led flash for photos.  Its ok to also have a led for the video.
