HTC Bliss Makes Blur-Free Appearance, Not as Green as We Thought It’d Be

9

The HTC Bliss, while not the most powerful, is certainly one of the more interesting phones we’ve been hearing about. It was first rumored to be a lady-centric device, employing a soothing green hue for its chassis and a charm that’ll light up when a notification is received.

While we’re still a bit iffy about the truth of that last one, it definitely does look a bit like what was described to us a while ago. I can’t tell from the photo, but the green hue here is not as strong as we imagined it’d be. It looks to be a very easy light olive green, but we can’t say for sure.

Other things in the image confirm that this will have a front-facing camera and judging by the picture of it in the model’s hand (below), it looks like it could be 3.7-4 inches. As for other rumored specs, this one is said to have an 800MHz processor, likely the same one inside the HTC Status/ChaCha. It should also come with Android 2.3 and an older version of HTC Sense. The "Google Phone" sounded too awesome to pass up, so I bought a G1. The rest is history. And yes, I know my name isn't Wilson.

  2. Gorgeous device.

HTC has put out some stunning phones, but none have them have tempted me to purchase.

When are we going to see a mainstream phone? 4in/ dual core proc/ 1+gb internal RAM/ 1800+ mAh battery? On Verizon? Yes, please!

  3. It looks like it has a keyboard. It looks like a slightly updated G2.

  4. It looks like it has a keyboard from that lip. Could it be a version of the g2 for verizon?

    1. The Merge is Verizon’s G2.

      1. Seeing how Verizon doesn’t carry the merge no this ccould be their g2

        1. They don’t carry it in stores, but it is in their product line. Just because they’re an awful wireless company that treats certain products like nothing doesn’t mean they don’t carry them at all.

Also, I doubt that a new member of the Vision family is going to come out a year after the rest.

          1. Every cell company does that its about making money. Phones that don’t arent given support or take up space for better sellers.

  5. “lady-centric”? I don’t want pretty, I want processor power, baby…
