LG Optimus Slider for Sprint Gets Rendered

2

Our friends at PocketNow have come through with yet another leaked render. This time, the LG Optimus Slider we’ve been wondering so much about has shown up. With this lone render, it looks like nothing more than an improved Optimus One, but the Slider name definitely gives away the existence of a hardware-QWERTY keyboard. We once believed the Slider would be a part of the Optimus One line, but sources are saying it’s more of a follow-up/sequel than it is a continuation. Whatever the case is, an Optimus One with a slide-out keyboard is a great. A better phone is, well, even better. We look forward to seeing this one come to light.

The "Google Phone" sounded too awesome to pass up, so I bought a G1. The rest is history. And yes, I know my name isn't Wilson.

  1. I know I won’t be able to get my hands on that phone, but I’d be seriously disappointed if they make the keyboard have 4 rows instead of 5.

EDIT: looking at the render again… the screen seems like a 4″. Could it be an optimus 2x with a keyboard?

  2. Looks pretty darn sexy. Lg makes the best low end android phones.
