  1. that video isnt the triumph
    first

    1. It clearly says moto photon unveiling lol

    2. Yeah I saw two phones and assumed one was the Photon 4G and one was the Triumph. WHOOPS. But we’ll have Triumph hands-on videos I would think shortly. Stay tuned.

  2. Looks like my DX

  3. The question I have is how much for the phone? Virgin Mobile has the unlimited data and text plus 300 mts for 25 bucks a month, depending on how much the phone is I may give it a chance

  4. This looks very promising and worthy of leaving the 2 yr contract on any carrier. Rooted and good to go.

  5. Stock Android for $25/month sounds good to me. Bye bye Verizarape.

  6. The only issue I see is – does it have a GPU? – if it doesnt it will be just as laggy as the intercept.   No GPU = very laggy games.

  7. I didnt realize this was a Snapdragon MSM8655 CPU.. it has the GPU built into it.. The Adreno 205 GPU which is better then the 200 thats in the LG Optimus V.

    1. Yep, it should run like butter.

  8. i just hope it’s bootloader isn’t encrypted. ever one says if the bootloader is locked your screwed, but all bootloaders are locked , if they’re encypted than thats bad. would love some aosp 2.3 on here. don’t care if it’s cm7 , as long as it’s not froyo

    1. Samsung neither locks or encrypts the bootloader.

  9. maybe AT&T should buy Virgin mobile

    1. Virgin Mobile is already owned by Sprint.

  10. I have not really been a fan of Moto devices but i kinda like the Triumph and the fact that it will be on a very low budget prepaid carrier. For $25 for unlimited data n txt plus 300mins, might just get it as a back up phone or for ma Lady. The only problem is i am so used to Gingerbread now and looking fwd to Ice cream sandwich…so going back to froyo will be going backwards…but as a backup device..i guess it will be ok.

  11. 4.1 INCH SCREEN — I DON’T KNOW IF THE BATTERY will last much of anything…!

What do you guys think? If it does.. it looks like a great phone…
