The $199 Charge seems to be for NEW accounts. Renewal is $249.
Thats how amazon trys to fool you… They advertize a great price to get you to their site then make you jump through hoops. You only get that price if you’re new AND are the first born AND clicked the link before the 3rd hour of the day… ON the winter or summer solstice :D
