“Stop it with the Super Bowl already!” I hear you. Especially our non-American fellowship. Bear with us, please. ;)
Last week, we learned there’d be a version of Angry Birds based on the film named Rio – called Angry Birds Rio. There’ll be an ad for the film during the Super Bowl which will reveal a secret code that folks can use to unlock a secret level in the current Angry Birds title in the Android market.
Upon unlocking the level, you’ll be able to play and beat it for a chance to visit the film’s premier in Rio. Entertainment Weekly harrassed Fox and had them give up a look at the level you’ll be playing. If you didn’t see it right away, the obstacle spells out “Rio”. Clever, that.
And now I’m wondering just how in the hell I’ll be able to get that pig surrounded by stone that tops the “i”. I’ll be on the lookout for the code during the game, and I trust you football fans will be too. [via Droid Gamers]
