O2’s Galaxy S Getting Froyo, Xperia Line Receiving Eclair November 15th

Anyone on O2 hungry for an update to the Samsung Galaxy S or Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 (regular, mini, and mini Pro) won’t have to wait much longer. A leak is pegging updates to Android 2.2 and Android 2.1 respectively for November 15th for all those on the European carrier. Do the dates stick? Considering the Eclair update for the Xperia line is already rolling out and the Galaxy S Froyo update has been promised by the end of the month, we don’t see why not. Then again, it wouldn’t be out of left field if these manage to get delayed.
