The Viewsonic BiewBook 730 is one of the many affordable tablets the manufacturer has released. And like most of them, it is meant to be very generous on your wallet. This is why specs have to be less than what we usually expect from high-end devices.

This tablet has a 7-inch display, a 1 GHz single-core processor, Android 2.2 and 512 MB of RAM. These specs are not horrible, but for about the same price (or a bit less) one can get a tablet like the Kindle Fire, which is much better specced.
