The Sony Xperia J is a mid-range device annunced at IFA 2012. Sony may still be aching to get in the top 3, but there is no doubt they are good at making nice, affordable handsets, and the Xperia J is not the exception. This little guy features a 4.0-inch display and Android 4.0, all powered by a 1 GHz processor and 512 MB of RAM.
