Samsung GT-I9400

Benchmarks of a Samsung GT-I9400 have showed up, making us believe it could be the Samsung Galaxy S4. This device looks like a successor to the Galaxy S3 (GT-I9300), but the lower specs throw us off. The display is only 800x480 pixels, which the Samsung Galaxy S4 definitely won't have. 

Another possibility is that this device could be the Samsung Galaxy Grand, which is basically the 5-inch Galaxy Player with phone radios.
