The Samsung Galaxy Stellar, previously known as the Samsung Jasper, comes with some reasonable specs. It features a Snapdragon S4 processor, Android 4.0 and other mid-end specs. The device does come equipped with Verizon 4G LTE radios, and is free from Verizon after signing a 2-year contract.
