• Samsung Galaxy Reverb

Headed straight to Virgin Mobile (and maybe Sprint), the Samsung Galaxy Reverb aims to bring some great functionality while staying pleasing to the wallet. This mid-range device offers a 1.4 GHz MSM8655 Snapdragon processor, a 4-inch WVGA display, Android 4.0 and 768 MB of RAM. It is also important to note that the Reverb doesn't come with 4G connectivity of any kind, so users will be stuck with 3G.

This device will not blow you away, but we must point out these specs were considered high-end a year prior. Undoubtedly, the device will work well and please many users... especially at $250.
