The Samsung Galaxy Express is a mid-tier device headed to AT&T's network, but it is also no lackluster. The device features a great 4.5-inch Super AMOLED Plus display, as well as a capable 1.5 GHz dual-core processor. This not-so-little guy still comes below all the big players, but it should be more than good enough for many of our readers.
