Samsung Galaxy Camera

Last updated: Aug 29th, 2012.

Samsung is joining Polaroid and Nikon to target a new market - Android-powered point-and-shoot cameras. Samsung is no small contender here, though. The Samsung Galaxy Camera features a 16 MP sensor with F2.8 and 21x optical zoom lens. It also doesn't lack in other specs, as it features a powerful 1.4 GHz quad-core processor and Android 4.1.

It should be interesting to see how these new devices can compete in this new market, but Samsung sure has some big guns to start with.
