The Pandigital Novel 9 featuring the Android operating system has a 9" touchscreen and 2 GB of internal space. It is fashioned as an e-reader and therefore lacks many of the features common with other tablets running the Android OS. On the same token, it does expand on typical e-reader capbilities quite a bit, with video playback, web browsing, and email capabilities. 

The Novel 9 isn't designed for someone looking for a state-of-the-art Honeycomb tablet, but is rather suited for anyone seeking a low-cost e-reader with some additional tablet features.
