The LG Swift GT540 - also known as the LG Optimus - is LG's second offering of an Android mobile with it's beautiful design of curves , bevels and chrome border, most likely aimed at woman with it's style the LG Swift still has some decent entry-level specs.

The LG Swift/Optimus GT540 comes with a pretty standard 3.2 MP camera, 3 inch resistive touch-screen, a Qualcomm MSM7227 that runs at 600MHz & Android 1.6 (Donut) & Android 2.1 (Eclair) depending on where you purchase it. The handset also comes with a slightly modified UI providing 7 home screens to slap all your widgets on and a slightly modified bar at the bottom for quick access to important functions such as your contacts and emails.

Look wise - you can see the handset it attractive with the hardware buttons at the bottom and touch sensitive buttons just above, there's even a hardware button for the camera that will come in handy if your looking to take a few snaps. You can tell the style and design of the LG GT540 is one of the main selling points that LG has clearly focused on with it's attractiveness.
