Leaked soon after the announcement of the HTC Desire C, this device is also rumored to be a budget smartphone. That is not to say that the HTC Ville C is short on specs, though.

The Android 4.0 handset may not pack the Snapdragon S4 processor, but its MSM8260 processor is clocked at a screaming 1.7 GHz. And featuring 1 GB of RAM, a 4.3-inch AMOLED qHD display and an 8 MP camera, this device can't really be considered low-end. .
