The HTC One SV is another iteration of the One family, with similar specs to the One VX. The only main difference is that the SV is headed towards Asia, while the VX will stick around this side of the world. The device sports some fairly capable specs, but it is no super phone. It will be an affordable option for the casual user.

With a 1.2 GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor, 1 GB of RAM, Android 4.0 and a 4.3-inch Super LCD 2 display, this is a great device for a low-budget consumer.
