A New Challenger Has Approached: Commtiva Blaze Passes The FCC

Another phone snuck its way into the FCC records, recently. Chinese-bred Commtiva has cooked up a new Android handset – called the Blaze – and it appears to be carrying T-Mobile’s 3G bands.
