Toddler Lock: The Android Baby Toy

By Rob Jackson • Nov 4th, 2008

I’m not sure how many people would dare hand over their precious tech gadget to a toddler capable of hurling it into a wall, biting it or causing any type of damage. But the Toddler Lock application on the Android Market puts itself on the front lines of danger. Yes… Toddler Lock turns your precious [...]

Fishocopter: Addictive Android Arcade Game

By Rob Jackson • Nov 3rd, 2008

I first encountered the simple yet addictive arcade game called Helicopter in the Mobile Roar Arcade. I became quickly obsessed and when I found Fishocopter on the Android Market, I was introduced to obsession 2.0. As you can probably guess, Fishocopter is the exact same game but you’re a fish instead of a helicopter and [...]

155 Circuit City Stores Close & Why I Don’t Care

By Rob Jackson • Nov 3rd, 2008

By Rob Jackson • Nov 3rd, 2008

If you can’t beat them… publicly humiliate customers who want them! That appears to be the tactic that Verizon Wireless is taking with the T-Mobile G1, releasing a long list of reasons why both the G1 and T-Mobile suck and you should stick with Big Red:

Does it seem ironic how many times the word “limited” [...]

By Rob Jackson • Oct 30th, 2008

The T-Mobile G1 has finally hit the United Kingdom and Andy Burgess was the very first Euro-Consumer to rejoice in ownership of the first Android phone. He was first in a line that started forming at 5am. We would applaude him for his efforts, but having the G1 in hand should be reward enough!

So… how [...]

G1 at Wal-Mart Delayed Until Nov. 3rd

By Rob Jackson • Oct 30th, 2008

It was quite a surprise when Wal-Mart announced they would begin selling the T-Mobile G1 for 15% less than T-Mobile themselves. Early adopters were a bit frustrated and now the potential Wal-Mart purchasers have a reason to be frustrated, too.
Attention Wal-Mart Shoppers: The G1 will not go on sale at Wal-Mart until or around November [...]
