If you’re looking for new mobile accessories, then you might be interested to learn that OnePlus has announced their brand new OnePlus Watch 2R and the OnePlus Nord Buds 3 Pro. Both of these are designed to be slightly more affordable alternatives. If you’re shopping on a budget, they could be worth checking out.

OnePlus Watch 2R

Starting with the OnePlus Watch 2R, this is a variant of the OnePlus Watch 2. According to OnePlus, the Watch 2R has been designed to be a lighter and cheaper variant of the Watch 2. It features the use of an aluminum body versus the stainless steel body of the Watch 2. Thankfully, that’s the only area OnePlus “compromised” on.

The Watch 2R features the same 100 hour battery life, so you should be able to get about a week’s worth of use before needing to recharge it. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon W5 chipset and comes with all the health and fitness tracking features and sensors you might expect from a smartwatch.

In fact, OnePlus seems to have designed the Watch 2R with badminton enthusiasts in mind. It has tailored monitoring features to track things like your swing strength and speed. Other health features include sleep tracking and the ability to evaluate your stress levels. The OnePlus Watch 2R is priced starting at $229.99 and will be available on the 16th of July.

OnePlus Nord Buds 3 Pro

If you don’t really need a new smartwatch, then perhaps the OnePlus Nord Buds 3 Pro could be worth taking a look at. These earbuds fall under the company’s Nord branding.

According to OnePlus, the Nord Buds 3 Pro features a hybrid active noise cancelation system. They claim that it can tune out up to 49dB of noise with a frequency range reaching up to 4,000Hz. The earbuds are also smart about what they cancel out, thanks to its Smart Noise Cancelation feature. This takes into account your current environment and it will choose the best noise canceling based on that.

The earbuds themselves feature a dedicated titanized 12.4mm driver. It supports BassWave 2.0 for those who prefer a bit more bass in their audio. Users can also pick and choose their sound as the OnePlus Master EQ will finally make its way into the Nord Buds 3 Pro.

As for battery life, the company claims it will last up to 12 hours on a single charge, and up to 44 hours when used with its charging case. It is also IP55 rated and supports Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity. The OnePlus Nord Buds 3 Pro is priced starting at $79.99 and will also be available on the 16th of July.
