The Bose headphones with Google Assistant are now official

0

Last week, we wrote about the Bose QuietComfort 35 II headphones and alleged Google Assistant integration. The headphones are now official and they mark the first device of its kind with Assistant baked in.

The QC 35 II connect to your phone just like any other Bluetooth device. After the initial connection, you’ll be guided through some instructions in the Google Assistant app (Android or iPhone). To activate Assistant, you can simply hold down the new button on the right ear.

Google claims that the Assistant on the headphones can do most of the stuff that your phone Assistant can do. It reads messages out loud, plays music, and call contacts. The headphones themselves have noise canceling and all the typical Bose features. They cost a whopping $450 and can be purchased today.
