Huawei Mate 10 Lite will feature quad-cameras and an 18:9 display

The Fall is a pretty big month for new smartphones. Last week was all about the iPhone X and soon we’ll be talking about the Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL. Huawei doesn’t want to miss out on the fun, which is why they will be introducing the Huawei Mate 10.

The Mate 10 is actually three phones, but right now we’re focusing on the Mate 10 Lite. Don’t let the name fool you. This is not a “Lite” phone. It will have a 5.9-inch display with small bezels and 18:9 aspect ration. The craziest thing about the Mate 10 Lite is the cameras on the back.

The Lite has not one, not two, not three, but four cameras on the back. It will have 16MP and 13MP cameras with secondary 2MP cameras for each one. Other specs include Kirin 659 processor, 4GB of RAM, 64GB of storage, and 3340mAh battery. The Mate 10 Lite should launch in mid-October for around $450.

Ever since I flipped open my first phone I've been obsessed with the devices. I've dabbled in other platforms, but Android is where I feel most at home.
