One of the major problems with OnePlus has been customer support. Their phones have been generally good, if not “flagship killers,” but customer service has left a lot to be desired. With a the OnePlus 5 on the horizon, OnePlus is trying to show that they’ve made improvements in this department.
OnePlus has released a video to show how much its customer service department has expanded. They now offer multilingual support and they have repair centers in the U.S. and Europe. This means much quicker turnaround time if you have to send in your phone for repair. It’s nice to see OnePlus giving some love to a known problem.
