North America gets the BlackBerry KEYone May 31st

0

BlackBerry has announced that their BlackBerry KEYone — their throwback keyboard-laden BlackBerry phone with Android — will arrive in North America May 31st. That’s still over a month away, but at least we now know when we can buy one of those.

For those in the US, it will launch unlocked in both CDMA and GSM varieties, though some carriers — Sprint is the only confirmed one for now — are expected to offer it later in the summer. It’ll run you $549 to have one.

Meanwhile, folks in Canada will get it through carriers like BBell, Rogers, and Telus on that same day with prices starting at $199 on a two-year contract. So, who’s ready to rejoin the BlackBerry nation?
