We’ve seen a few different crazy unboxings, usually from the folks at T-Mobile, but none are as crazy as what OnePlus did for its latest device. The company hired Jake Paul from YouTube to unbox the OnePlus 3T from the cockpit of a fighter jet.
The video begins at a military airfield in the Czech Republic before moving to the cockpit of a military fighter jet. Once in the air, Jake shows off the new Gunmetal color of the device before provoking the pilot to go faster.
Once explaining the inclusion of Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon 821 processor and 6GB of RAM, it’s revealed that the pilot and passenger are experiencing 6G’s of force during the flight. Then, Jake goes on to explain the benefit of having Dash Charge capabilities where you can get a full day of battery life after charging the 3T for just 30 minutes.
