TouchOne’s predictive keyboard is now available for free on the Samsung Gear S2

TouchOne has one of the most interesting keyboard concepts for a circular keyboard meant for smartwatches. Instead of individual keys for each character, the keyboard is setup as a circle that lines the outer edge of the display.

It uses quadrants to accept input, which — alongside a pretty good predictive text engine — makes for a more intuitive typing experience than trying to peck away at small keys.

The Gear S2 (and S3, soon) version of the keyboard suffered some unfortunate delays, but if you’ve been waiting patiently for it you’ll be happy to learn that it’s available in the Samsung Galaxy Apps store starting today. Better yet, to make up for the delay, the company is making the watch available for free in its first month.

The price will hike to $2.80 after that. It’s not a lot to ask for a quality product that you may use every day, so to get it for free is pretty great. Be sure to find it in the Galaxy Apps store on your phone to check it out. The deal will expire on December 15th. Check it out in action in the video above.
