In an effort to get more Canadians to give up their Galaxy Note 7 devices, it looks as though Samsung Canada will be exchanging any Galaxy Note 7 device for a Galaxy S7 or a Galaxy S7 Edge. The copy of an email obtained by MobileSyrup shows that the exchange will take place in two to four weeks, even for unauthorized retailers.

The only requirement for a full refund is a bill of sale, so that means your receipt on Swappa, eBay, or from the guy you bought it from on Craigslist last week. Samsung Canada notes that if you don’t have the bill of sale, you may still qualify for the Note 7 exchange program if you contact them.

Mostly they just want their devices back, considering a class action lawsuit was just filed in Canada against the company just this week. It alleges that Samsung is negligent in the marketing of the Galaxy Note 7 because they should have known that the devices could harm its consumers.
