Samsung Galaxy S7 DSC02085

Google released Android 7.0 Nougat just a little over a month ago and so far, only Nexus devices have gotten the update. However, it looks like the Galaxy S7 could be getting some Nougat love soon, according to SamMobile. They spotted a Galaxy S7 running test Nougat firmware with software version G930FXXU1ZPI9.

According to the report, Samsung is testing the rollout in Poland, where Samsung Europe is headquartered. While this is no evidence that a rollout for Nougat to S7 owners is incoming, it’s nice to see the company is at least working on compatibility with those devices.
