Lenovo’s Yoga Tab 3 Plus brings more power for multimedia buffs

0

Lenovo has a new Yoga device for multimedia lovers out there. It’s the Lenovo Yoga Tab 3 Plus. As its name suggests, the device builds on the original Tab 3 with beefier internals, namely sharper resolution, an improved chipset, and more storage.

The Yoga Tab 3 Plus sees the return of a small swivel stand that lets you easily prop the device up in landscape mode without the need for a case. The stockier base makes room for 4 front-facing JBL speakers equipped with Dolby Atmos sound. The stand can also double as a hook mount for hanging the device to a wall if you want to use it in the kitchen. Need it more for communication? Fold the stand down to use it in tilt mode.

Its internals allow you to be as flexible as its exterior ergonomics. Here’s a look at all we’re getting under the hood:

  • Display: 10.1-inch 2560 x 1600 IPS display
  • Chipset: Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 652
  • Storage and RAM: 3GB RAM + 32GB storage + microSD
  • Camera: 13MP rear, 5MP front
  • Connectivity: 4G LTE, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS
  • Battery: 8,500mAh (15 hours of general usage)
  • Dimensions: 247 x 179 x 4.68mm, 644g
  • Software: Android 6.0 Marshmallow
  • Colors: Gunmetal Grey, Puma Black Finish

Look forward to its arrival later this year.

The "Google Phone" sounded too awesome to pass up, so I bought a G1. The rest is history. And yes, I know my name isn't Wilson.
