AT&T announces Ticket Twosdays for free movie tickets and Live Nation concerts will start this week

0

With T-Mobile Tuesday seeing break backing struggles week after week, AT&T felt it was a perfect time to announce details of their previously-announced AT&T Thanks giveaway program. The company has introduced Ticket Twosdays.

AT&T’s Ticket Twosdays doesn’t reinvent the wheel. The company is giving out free movie tickets every week (which means you can redeem your goodies any day of the week) when you buy one at full price. That gives you a buy one, get one free deal on some entertainment with a friend or a loved one at this summer’s blockbuster films.

AT&T has prided itself on not needing unreliable apps to carry out this promotion, either. You verify your phone number to ensure your account is eligible for Ticket Twosdays and you’ll be whisked off to MovieTickets.com — AT&T’s partner site — to get your coupon code. The free movie ticket is available at over 1,000 AMC and Regal theaters across the country.

AT&T can’t promise the movie you want to see will be available at the time slot you want to see it, of course, so keep that in mind. Also, note that there’s a currently undefined limit to how many of these offers can be redeemed, so if you’re too late to wake up and grab a ticket on Tuesday you may be out of luck. One last caveat is that you can only redeem one ticket per account per week, but this could be taken as good news as there won’t be anyone doubling, tripling or even quadrupling their rewards like they did for T-Mobile and Domino’s pizza promotion that eventually forced them to stop doing it.

Beyond all that, AT&T is also announcing the ability to buy tickets to select Live Nation concerts before anyone else. You’ll still have to pay your typical ticket price, but at least you can ensure you’ll get the exact ticket you want before anyone else has a chance.

Free movie tickets can be claimed as soon as this week, while those looking for Live Nation pre-sale opportunities will have to wait for the offers to roll in this fall. Head here to get started.
