The Samsung Galaxy S7 Active is finally official. AT&T has announced exclusivity once again for the Active line. The S7 Active will be available on June 10th in stores and online from AT&T. Samsung has added a few impressive specs on top of the already solid Galaxy S7.

For starters, the Active has a beefy 4,000 mAh battery. Battery life wasn’t so great in the original Galaxy S7, which makes this a welcomed addition. The 5.1-inch Quad HD display also has a significant new feature. The display is “shatter resistant,” similar to the Motorola DROID Turbo 2, but not quite as tough. Other specs include IP68 water and dust proof, Military Grade Body, Active button, Snapdragon 820 processor, 4GB of RAM, 12 & 5MP cameras, 32GB storage, and microSD card slot.

The Active will be available for $27 and $33 per month on AT&T Next, depending on the amount of payments you want to make. Once again, AT&T gets Samsung’s best Galaxy phone of the year. The Active might not be as attractive as the Galaxy S7, but it packs a punch that not many phones can match. Will you be picking one up later this week?
