OnePlus 3 with 6GB of RAM passes TENAA

0

A benchmark a while back showed that a OnePlus 3 variant might come with 6GB of RAM. While we are always hesitant to believe benchmarks alone, this listing from the TENAA — China’s equivalent of the FCC — has us a bit more confident.

The A3000 model of the OnePlus 3 showed up at the import database, and sure enough, it’s listed there with 6GB of RAM. This is only a couple of weeks after the lesser model took a trip to the same building.

Other specs line up with what we’ve heard before, including 64GB of storage, 5.5-inch 1080p display, Snapdragon 820 chipset, 16-megapixel rear camera, 5-megapixel front camera, 3,000mAh battery and more all around out the spec sheet.
