Samsung Pay can now withdraw cash from ATMs, but only in South Korea for now

0

Samsung Pay is easily the best way to handle mobile payments on any smartphone and arguably the ace up Samsung’s sleeve. With the ability to make mobile purchases regardless if the terminal supports NFC or traditional credit cards, Samsung Pay has just leveled up with the new ability to pull cash from ATMs. We’ve known for awhile that this feature was coming, but it’s only recently gone live in the company’s homeland of Korea.

Sadly, the rest of us will have to an indefinite amount of time, forced to swipe our physical debit cards like animals whenever we want to pull money. At least until more banks jump on board (right now only Woori Bank in South Korea is supported). Anyone already using Samsung Pay? How do you like it so far? Do you think pulling cash out of ATMs will have you finally leaving your wallet at home for good?
