The LG V10 is finally recieving Android Marshmallow on AT&T

0

A couple of weeks ago we wrote about the LG V10 being updated to Marshmallow on T-Mobile. Verizon users started getting the update even earlier. Now, the update is finally rolling out for AT&T users. This update will bring your V10 up to speed with the newer LG G5. You’ll get Doze Mode for better battery life, granular app permissions, Google Now on Tap, and more. We’re not sure yet if this update will remove the app drawer from LG’s launcher.

The update is a pretty hefty one. Weighing in at 1GB, you might want to be on WiFi before you try to download it. You can check for the update by heading to “About device” in the Settings. Keep in mind that the update just began rolling out, so it probably won’t be available right away. Do we have any LG V10 owners who have received the update already?

Ever since I flipped open my first phone I've been obsessed with the devices. I've dabbled in other platforms, but Android is where I feel most at home.
