TWRP becomes available for the HTC 10 before the device is even released

0

Although the HTC 10 was just unveiled last week, that doesn’t mean people are waiting for the device before making magic happen. The TWRP team has already developed and made available the custom recovery software for HTC’s latest and greatest device.

While just about nobody has the HTC 10 yet, it’s pretty awesome that TWRP is ready to go, so if you decide that you want to root the device once it hits your doorstep, you can. The download weighs in at only 43MB, so you can download it now, and create a special folder on your desktop while you await your new device.

Although some folks can make an argument about whether rooting is truly necessary anymore, there is still enough enthusiasm to warrant this early release from the TWRP team. Drop us a line below and let us know whether you’ll be rooting the HTC 10 once it comes to you.
